today at work i was so flustered
that I answered the phone
"thank you for calling Allyn, how can I help you?"
and proceeded to have the wrong calendar up for the reservation the man wanted and we had a little calendar tustle over the date.
He was correct.
it made me laugh so hard I was crying.
